Our members are what made Empowered Fitness & Wellness the place that it was. Our community became like family! More than just a fitness and wellness studio, Empowered was a welcoming, safe space, and home away from home to many. Above all else, that was the vision Erin & Lauren had for Empowered Fitness & Wellness. A place for community, friendship and family! You all are what made that dream a reality. A message from Erin:

Over the last few months I have been battling a very difficult decision. This month (November 2nd) marked 3 years since I signed our lease and Empowered Fitness & Wellness became a reality. These last 3 years have been SO much fun! Lauren & I have LOVED watching our community grow, friendships form, and our members reach goals and celebrate milestones! The community we have built is everything we ever could have dreamed of and so much more! Lauren has been the heart & soul of Empowered Fitness & Wellness since even before the lease was signed. She has given a tremendous amount of time and effort into making the Empowered community what it is today. She has been our heart and our backbone and I truly can not thank her enough for it all. That being said, I am forever indebted to Lauren for the time, commitment and dedication she has given to the studio while I ran a second business and started my family. A lot has changed for me over the last 3 years. As much as I love the studio, I feel as though I will not be able to give it the attention that the Empowered community deserves. This and many other variables including new changes coming to Airport Plaza also had to be factored into this decision. So with shattered hearts, I am announcing that Empowered Fitness & Wellness will be closing its doors on December 31, 2023.
