WHAT A YEAR ⭐️ It’s been a year of incredible change for our team, but our SteeleSculpt mat workouts keep me feeling grounded and strong. Something about *always coming back to the mat* to feel the burn— whatever chaos life brings— l am satisfied and just a little more organized after every class. This Thanksgiving, we are grateful for you, Burners! So much has changed for our team this past year, and we feel so much love and encouragement from our Burners community. In an effort to bring you a bit more lifestyle and fashion content at SteeleSculpt, here I present my shopping wishlist items from this past month.

I’ve always been a serial online “window” shopper— so I decided to channel my problem into something that is shareable and useful. Inspired by magazine spreads I grew up pouring over, here are my latest picks!

August produced a Noah’s ark of picks: two of everything! (Not quite literally, but almost.) Two blue cardigans, two blue dresses, three (!) kinds of ballet flats, two cosmetic products, two shoulder bags, two jewelry picks, etc… I definitely got carried away. Why do we focus on shoulder stability? While doing workouts that focus on your glutes, abs, or arms is definitely sexier, the utility of shoulder stability cannot be understated. Strong, stable shoulders mean that you are able to lift, hold, carry, and reach for whatever your heart desires.

One of the most essential shoulder exercises is the scapula push-up! 💪 It’s an exercise to revisit week after week in your SteeleSculpt workouts.
