So first I'm not here to convert anyone...
Just to open your mind to the possibilities of a healthier version of you.
We were taught to value meat protein over all other sources of protein for muscle building when it came to food sources.
However, this could be further from the truth!!!
Vegetable protein is the best and greatest source of protein you could get, and it out values meat protein by far. The nitrogen in veggies is the key!!!
So carnivores eat herbivores to get muscle protein to get big and strong. Herbivores, eat green protein to get big and strong.
Ummm.... The biggest mammals are strictly herbivores. The tallest mammals are strictly herbivores. See a pattern???
THEN WE HUMANS AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN EAT BOTH THE CARNIVORE AND HERBIVORE FOR THEIR PRROTEIN!!!
SO HERE IS MY OPINION OF IT ALL...BEEF PORK, CHICKEN IS THE WORST PROTEINS YOU COULD EAT. CRABS, SHRIMP, LOBSTER, ARE ALL HUGE WATER BUGS THAT TASTE GOOD. BUT NO, WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO CONSUME THEM. FISH SHOULD BE THE MAJORITY OF THE PROTEIN YOU EAT. YOU COULD PARTAKE IT THE ABOVE, BUT DONT MAKE IT A FRIST CHOICE AND KNOW THAT ITS UNHEALTHY KNOW MATTER HOW IT TASTES AND WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT. Vegetables, fruit, and grains should be 75 to 85% of your solid food diet. Fish for me once or twice a week is great. Turkey once a week is perfect. But I'm working on working turkey out of my diet also!!!

Here's a gym tip if your at the gym and not sure what to do:
1) Think big muscle groups. This will limit things and make you look like you know your way around the gym.
-But note, big muscle groups doesn't mean big heavy weight.
2) When I say big muscle group I mean the major muscle .
-CHEST
-SHOULDERS
-BACK
-ARMS
- LEGS.
NEXT FIND 1-2 SIMPLE EXERCISES THAT WORK THESE MUSCLES, PERFORM 2 TO 3 SETS OF EACH... AND YOU HAVE A FULL-BODY WORKOUT

These are great! I love doing core routines. It's just so much you can do. Your core is so dynamic. And it's so beneficial to helping with stability in other exercise that require you to contract and engage your core. Pretty much EVERY WORKOUT YOU DO! Follow on Instagram at m.a.i.d_fitness.

Another core routine. You have to set stomach days aside. Give your abs there allotted day also. It'll benefit other muscle groups also.
Here are some core routines that are great for building core resistance and stability. Not for beginners.
These are intense and great! This is how you turn core work into full-body routines. Great for burning fat, and promoting agility and balance.
Musle ups with some core work invloved
Different grip styles hit different angles for development and intensity.
Fix the way you curl your biceps if you're doing them wrong. You wanna keep the tension focused on the biceps when training them. Following these steps will fix common mistake, and give you the sculpting and gains you're working for. Compare to cheating way and come back and comment.

Training the core is tough work. Try doing stability and concentration hold routines to help with increasing your reps and endurance in repetitive moving routines such as crunches or situps.
