It’s time to stop waiting on a ‘sign’ or a hand-drawn map🗺️ to show you the right way to go through life. Step into the that you already have and turn within to find the answers to the questions that have been puzzling you!

The greatest influences in my life have always believed in me more than I believed in myself. And there were times when I really needed that! But it didn’t take long for me to prove to myself that I can climb bigger mountains ⛰️ than I’d ever dreamed.

We don’t get to choose all the threads 🧶 that make up the tapestry of our life and there is, both, beauty and pain in that. Nevertheless, it’s that combination of experiences that molded you into who you are today!

Straight up- this is your power. Own it. 🙌🏾✨

When your interactions with yourself are skewed and unhealthy, how can you expect your other life actions to be any different? Effective learning 🧠 starts within and works its way outward.

As much as we would all like to believe that we have an infinite amount of time to figure these things out, the truth is that life is fragile and no tomorrow is guaranteed. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The way you take charge is understanding these concepts as realities, not merely theories, and the weight they hold. 🩵

Talk about an amazing life and productivity hack! 👀

If you’ve ever been stuck in bed, wishing you had the energy or motivation to tackle your to-dos- I bet you know what I’m talking about. The tried and true method that has always worked best for me is to start with one tiny task and (almost always) after completing that simple task I feel motivated to move on to harder tasks and tackle my day!

Life if an incredible thing to try and understand. 🤯 Some people have family who support and love them through it all, while others create their own families, meeting and adding members along the way...

But I think at some point, we all realize that the MOST important love, support, and belief that we can give and receive is to ourselves because we are the ones control our trajectory and, ultimately, our destination in life. ❤️✨

And so many people wonder why students struggle to feel confident and empowered to follow their dreams…this has to change! 😕

Who needs more in their life?! To be quite honest, I think we all do. 😅

This is a new week! Don’t be afraid to take it by storm and work to be more authentically YOU every step of the way. 🙌🏾

This expansion of self-identity is something that we always have the opportunity to take advantage of. We can decide to be brand new any day we choose, we just have to learn to harness that natural power! ✨
