Ahoy PSC Sailors,
The PSC 2023 Labor Day Raft Up (LDRU) is completed and was a resounding success! We had eight boats at the Saturday afternoon raft-up in Magothy River, and 40+ guests at the Sunday night out at Old Stein Inn. The theme of this year's LDRU was "Oktoberfest" While most boats belong to PSC members, two PSC - chartered sailboats also participated in the event.
The key person in making this raft up a success was the Raft up Coordinator and Bay Commodore. Special thanks for David K. for making this event extra special – he has arranged the marina and restaurant event for us! Additional thanks to "Ross" R. for serving as LDRU Raft Captain.
Our team is working already to make arrangements for the next great events – Oktoberfest Oct 01, 2023 at Columbia Island Marina and Winter Gala January 28, 2024 at American Legion in Springfield, VA!
See you all then!
Cheers!
