Thank you Deputy Secretary Todman for visiting Savannah Apartments. With support from HUD and investments from Mayor Bowser, the tenants at Savannah Apartments used the District's Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (T**A) to select NHT and preserve 65 units of affordable housing.
