The project was funded by Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF), community development block grants, and low-income housing tax credits. For more info on 's affordable housing investments, visit dhcd.dc.gov.

This project will include 10 studios, 38 one-bedrooms, 7 two-bedrooms, and 15 three-bedrooms for residents at 80% MFI and below. Yesterday, and affordable housing partners celebrated the grand opening of MDXL Flats, a new 101-unit affordable housing development in Ward 6. Visit ➡️ open.dc.gov/36000by2025 to follow the District's progress towards

The MDXL Flats includes 21-units for residents at 30% median family income (MFI) and 80-units at 50% MFI. This project was supported with $1.9 million in low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and $13 million from the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF).

The Metropolitan Washington Council of Government (MWCOG) announced the Regional Fair Housing Plan with 8 local jurisdictions. The plan includes: a community participation and comment process, a review of past goals and actions, data analysis, and fair housing issues and goals.
