Legislative Update: Highway Users Submit Comments to NHTSA Urging the Administration to Reconsider CAFE Proposal

Yesterday, the Highway Users submitted our comments to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on their proposed update to the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) Standards for Model Year 2027-2032. In the comments, we urge the Administration to reconsider its proposal and introduce a more achievable standard for CAFE.
