Briefcase is a new multimedia series from the Practice Groups designed to debate important legal cases and topics via a new format that mimics the litigation process. Over the course of several weeks, two experts will put forward their best arguments with written opening statements, video oral arguments, and more! Additional experts will join the conversation with truncated amicus briefs.
Next, the audience will have the opportunity to make the final decision. Vote and let us know who convinced you! Once a judgment has been rendered, our experts will react with their final thoughts.
All neatly housed on one comprehensive web page, Briefcase is designed to be easy to check in on week to week as you track how the conversation unfolds.
The first Briefcase is live!
