very exciting event this week besties!!

please join us this tuesday at 7pm in mgc 245 for our speaker event! our speaker this week is Alex from Courage to Nourish!! Courage to Nourish is an ED recovery organization comprised of dietitians and nutritionists that specialize in eating disorders.

Alex will be teaching us about the specifics of intuitive eating and how to practice/strengthen our practice of intuitive eating and getting in touch with our bodies! There will be opportunity to ask questions to an expert who is all about debunking diet culture and honoring your body, cravings, and hunger!

Also, you can get connected with Alex or someone on her team if this feels like something that might be beneficial to you!

We know that Thanksgiving is just around the corner and it can bring up difficult dynamics with food or topics surrounding dieting amongst loved ones and this meeting is a great opportunity to prepare for how we will respond to unsolicited comments, what recovery tools we will be applying, and going into the holiday feeling as strong as possible!
