November is a special month that celebrates the heritage and contributions of Native American communities. During this time, we take the opportunity to listen and learn from Native American Peoples' voices across the continent, and appreciate their cultures, accomplishments, and contributions. During the month of November and beyond, DreamWakers is excited to celebrate the incredible Native American in our community who help expose students to powerful narratives from their personal perspectives.⁣ ❤️✨

This past Friday, DreamWakers had the privilege of connecting educators in Washington, DC Public Schools with our very own superstar , Julian Sadur, in an educator-led flashchat!

We are so grateful to DCPS for inviting us to be a part of their Career and Technical Education Professional Development Day at MacFarland Middle School, and for giving us the opportunity to introduce our programming to new educators across the district. We love connecting with new educators and working together to bring DreamWakers' flashchats into their classrooms.
