Foxhall Foundation Clinical Research Center -
Foxhall Foundation Clinical Research Center To all our supporters, we want to thank you for everything you have made possible. The past year has been very busy. We would like to share some of the highlights of what the Foundation has been able to do with your support.
Tomorrow is World Heart Day! What are two new self-care habits or hobbies you would like to pick up to reduce stress and improve your heart health?
Help improve the health and well-being of low- to middle- income communities by supporting reputable non-profits and volunteering your time!
Some easy ways to help are by donating a portion of your Amazon purchases through the Amazon Smile program, or finding local mutual aid groups that you can volunteer with or donate to!
What can you do to reduce air pollution? Use public transportation, bikes, walk, or carpool!
Not only does biking or walking improve your heart health directly through exercise, taking steps to reduce your own air pollution also minimizes risks of cardiovascular disease (CVD)!
September 29 is World Heart Day. This year, we challenge you to walk, run, or bike a heart-shape in your city or neighborhood!
