During the 2022 General Elections, their Uchaguzi project empowered citizens to report real-time issues, mobilized volunteers, and addressed inclusivity challenges, restoring trust in the electoral process.

When the Sunflower Movement was launched in 2014 it ignited a wave of young activists demanding urgent action on climate change, but also a violent crackdown by authorities. 民間司法改革基金會 Judicial Reform Foundation has been instrumental in supporting such movements in Taiwan. They offer a 24-hour legal hotline, station pro bono lawyers at protest sites, and deploy volunteer observers to monitor interactions with police and prevent excessive force. In the runup to the 2023 election in Guatemala, only 16% of citizens said they trusted the election tribunal. In response, Guatemala Visible galvanized a multidisciplinary network to monitor election integrity and build a culture of transparency and accountability. 8,000 election observers participated and hundreds of citizens made reports and complaints through the Guatemala Visible platform.
