Swisher pledged $500,000 to Groundwork Jacksonville Inc., the nonprofit developing the Emerald Trail in Jacksonville, FL. The 31-mile trail network will connect downtown Jacksonville with historically underserved neighborhoods by creating a network of multiuse paths, parks and community spaces promoting economic vitality and growth. Swisher's donation reflects its commitment to supporting community revitalization.

CAA members Greg Fox, CEO of Best Cigar Prices, and Terry Gallagher, CEO of Smoker Friendly, have known each other for years. While they operate in different channels, they share a common vision for the industry's future, emphasizing the importance of collaboration. Smoker Friendly hosts the popular Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival, attracting 2,500 attendees to Colorado annually. Best Cigar Prices recently launched their own multi-brand event, Smoke-onos Cigar Festival, which will bring 900 attendees to Pennsylvania, with plans to grow.

Greg sought Terry's advice to ensure Smoke-onos’s success. Terry eagerly shared his knowledge and even offered to attend the festival. This collaboration highlights the unique camaraderie in the cigar industry, where mutual support is valued. Both CEOs believe in the motto "a rising tide lifts all boats" and are committed to continuing this partnership to enhance their respective cigar festivals for years to come.
