Hosted by CGTN General News Anchor Mike Walter, Mr. Karatas pointed to the fact that Syrian civil war was now beyond the limits of Syrian actors and that the upcoming meeting with Turkish President Erdogan and Russian counterpart Putin would possibly give us a hint of how things may unfold on the ground.
