Join Greater Greater Washington this Sat Dec 9, 1-3 pm at the SW Library. Urban designers will explore terminology, show visuals, & explain lingo. Afterward, take a short walk around the SW to apply this newfound knowledge on your city streets!

Serve Your City/Ward 6 Mutual Aid is doing a big push from October 14 to November 18 to stock up on food and supplies to support our neighbors through the coming fall and winter months. They are accepting shelf-stable food and toiletries.
Donate online at bit.ly/falldrive-sycw6ma or in person at any of the following locations:
· Christ United Methodist Church (900 4th St SW, back entrance off the pathway to the SW Public Library), on Wednesdays from 3-5pm and Saturdays from 12-2pm
· SW Farmers Market (425 M St SW) at the Serve Your City/Ward 6 Mutual Aid booth on Saturdays from 9am-1pm
· Check your building or church to see if they are hosting a donation box

This event is packed with excitement, featuring a book sale from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and a range of activities from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Enjoy browsing the Book Bazaar, listening to author talks, and grooving to live music. Eat great food, capture memories at the photo op station, and bring along your plants to participate in the plant swap. Play video games on the video game truck and contribute to the community painting activity.
