The House Ways & Means Committee is set to mark up the Treatment and Reduction of Obesity Act (TROA). While the bill faces some challenges, it's a step forward. We applaud Congressman Brad Wenstrup and Congresswoman Gwen Moore for their tireless efforts to support patients with obesity. We back the legislation under consideration, which ensures that seniors can continue their obesity treatments without losing access to these lifesaving interventions upon enrolling in Medicare.
