Did a major major booth redo at .crow.collective this weekend. Tons of new stuff. Statement towers, butterfly wings, raw stones, and so much more. Head in and get all your holiday shopping done.

Clothing room expansion phase 2 also is finally complete (swipe to the last pic to see how open it is AND will stay) now to just fix the wonky paint on the walls and get the new clothing displays installed 💃🏽

You know what fills my cup? Supporting someone else’s small business, while being surrounded by products from my own 🥹
Had the luxury of spending my morning yesterday with Sage & Soul, Massage Therapy while she helps get my 70 year old back back in (or at least close to) its proper age range, and within my first 5 minutes, was filled with so much joy being able to point out so many items she’s found in our 4 walls, and so many other awesome vendors that I’ve grown to love outside of the store ✨

I was finally able to stop by this morning before heading to the store for a day of painting, and it did NOT disappoint. The atmosphere is SO cute and the selection of food and treats was amazing. The carrot and zucchini cake parfait was exactly what I needed today 😍

The AMAZING team at Cushnoc Brewing Co. has created an employee recognition program that I want to piggy back off of. Essentially, they find other businesses to donate gift cards/certificates, and trade them the same value in Cushnoc gift cards, and then use the donations for their employees to pick from when they’re being recognized.

So hear me out. Being a small business owner is hard. Between overhead costs, the current state of the economy, and growing your customer base, the odds feel stacked against you at times.

As the holidays quickly approach, how cool would it be for us business owners to offer a gift certificate/service swap to each other??

Examples (just in case following along isn’t making sense, it’s a common occurrence when I get excited and just spew words)

1. You offer me a $50 gift certificate to your business in trade for a $50 gift certificate to my store
2. You offer me a service with a $25 value, in trade for a $25 store gift certificate

So on and so forth. Not only can this help with the financial burden on holiday shopping/prep, but it can also be a way to get new faces in to your business, as well as build new connections with other small business owners 💖
