The WORD PROMPT for September is AROMAS. Below in the comments, EVERYONE and anyone who wants to write a poem is welcome to share!

On the FIRST Wednesday of each month, the WCAB Poetry Committee invites poets of all ages and abilities to submit a poem to the WCAB page, using the WORD PROMPT for the month. September WORD PROMPT is AROMAS.

We ask that you write your poem based on the WORD PROMPT for the month in a word document and then copy/paste to our WCAB page. We hope that each prompt we have chosen inspires you all in a unique way with your poetry writing and we can't wait to see what you come up with!

We had so much fun making these beautiful SHINE frames!!!! This was our 2024 Community Art Project, and we started making them at the Summer NIghts Concert with Kelly Jackson. (remember how awesome that special presentation was???) and we continued to work on them at Opening Day, and then finally at Arts on the Square on Saturday, where hundreds of people pitched in and added their own special shine! Thank you Waupaca!

And....that's a wrap!!! Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped in the Info Booth, the workshops, and bartenders and selling tickets in the beer wine tent! We could not do this without you! And thanks to our "hard core crew" for their endless work in setting up and tearing down our humble arts festival.... Here's to 2025!!!!

The Kid Art Camp finished today, and their work will be on display tomorrow in the workshop area!!!
