The Salvation Army Wausau
The mission of The Salvation Army is to meet human needs in the name of Jesus Christ without discrimination. All are welcome. All are served. All are loved
The Salvation Army of Wausau exists to meet the needs of those in our community. We are a church that offers Bible studies, youth programs, a food pantry, free meals, a homeless shelter, rent and utility assistance, prescription assistance, and other seasonal services to those in need.
It is not just the tragedy of September 11, 2001 that we must remember, but the feeling of unity we felt on September 12, 2001.
The Salvation Army Wausau Family Services building will be closed 7/4/24 & 7/5/25. There will be no lunch, pantry or bread line. We will be open normal hours Monday 7/8/24. 8:30am -3:00pm.
Have a wonderful 4th of July.
To all of our friends: Have a blessed Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.
