Daddy work trip 🤝 Visit to Gran and Poppy’s. Naples Zoo was so much fun!

The past 10 days have been big in the real estate world! On August 17th, some changes came about as a result of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the settlement outcomes for both sides. You will see that yes, there are changes, but overall the way we practice real estate and uphold our code of ethics remains the same.

Now more than ever it’s important to make sure you’re working with someone you trust!

One whole year in West Chester for these two!

While the search for “the one” can sometimes include a little heartbreak along the way, I always say whatever’s meant to work out will as there is “the one” for everyone which was certainly the case for M+A. We submitted a competitive (and very strategic) offer which ended up being the winning offer with all parties happy — that’s all you can ask for!

The kids are back at school, the decorations are packed away, the gym is full, and the parties have commenced.

Welcome home to West Chester! Beyond excited for K+S to live the WC borough life while also being closer to family and friends — just a stones throw down the street from K’s very best childhood friend…how perfect is that?!

These two knew what they wanted — we crafted a plan for offers to get them exactly that. We saw a few different homes in the borough, but kept coming back to this one. With some negotiation, we were able to get them this house below asking price, with an inspection! They’re going to be so happy here for years to come! 💓

West Chester’s newest homeowners! One year ago R+K reached out to me as they were planning to make a move from renting ➡️ owning, but unsure exactly where, what their budget was, and what type of home they wanted.

We worked together to set up a timeline, establish a budget and narrow down their search criteria. As we were looking, we came across the West Chester Crossing community located right outside of the WC borough — they were sold from the first tour!

From the ground up, literally…their dream home was built. While the purchase of new construction + building process can be longer than a typical home purchase, there are many benefits! R+K were able to choose all the design aspects from paint to flooring to finishes — their home is completely custom to them. I’m so excited to see how they decorate. 😍

The previous tenants of 8 years moved out September 30th — with new flooring, fresh paint and a deep clean, the property was ready to go. By October 26th we were signed with new tenants for November 1st — happiness all around!
