Job duties include the following:

Greet all customers in a courteous manner
Answer all incoming calls and questions regarding auto insurance policies
Be able to perform marketing and attract new clients
Have reliable transportation
Prepare daily reports
Organize and complete paperwork, maintain records and handling policy renewals daily Provide the best insurance quotes and have the ability to explain the coverage Assist with the daily cleaning of store/ break rooms and restroom clean
Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
Computer literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Education/Licensing:

High School Diploma or GED
Insurance Sales Experience (preferred) County Mutual, Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License (preferred, but not required)
