2 Chronicles 7:14 (King James Version)
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Dayna’s iCare Foundation combined fun and education when visiting the West Orange Branch! Our Club members learned about healthy eating habits, prepared a healthy meal and participated in a planting activity. Shamel, the Club’s service director, shared that it was a truly rewarding experience!
Created and prescribed by “The Greatest Physician” ever!
RICH IS RELATIVE.
Day 5, no pics because they didn’t allow any😢 but we had an AMAZINGGGGG time, at an amazing B&G Club in St Cloud, with some pretty cool and amazing young people and director, who just so happens to frequent the Costesville/Downingtown area. They were so hospitable and showed us nothing but love, graciousness, and appreciation. (I so wish I could have taken pictures .)
Our young people helped teach their young people the basic principles of gardening, helped them create mini gardens, showed them how to make hummus, and laid out a spread of healthy snacks & veggies…And in turn, they blessed us with t-shirts, snacks and an “us vs them” fun bball game that both the club members and DIF youth members thoroughly enjoyed. It was such a blessed day!!!!
I am so appreciative of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida for allowing us to present our “Gift a Garden, Mini” workshop to their clubs this week. The experience and what our DIF Team members learned alone was invaluable.
This is such a nice cohesive team. I love seeing them work well together and playing hard together and of course praying together. I observed and listened, and we have quite a few future leaders among us. I pray that they are inspired to use their gifts and talents not only to receive a blessing, but to continue to be a blessing to others.

Day 3….last preparations for our 2 Gift a Garden Workshop sessions tomorrow at the Boys and Girls Club. Worked hard & played hard.
Sneak peak of what we have in store for the Boys & Girls Club tomorrow.
Day 2 is thru. DIF team worked really, really, hard organizing, shopping, and sorting supplies. We finished so late that we missed Taco Tuesday night 😬. But… the team chose to go to Waffle House @ 9:30 pm and they had a good time. Before going to bed last night they let loose with a game of pool volleyball🏐.
Day 1, done! Drove straight thru the night, arrived Monday afternoon. Praising the Lord, the DIF Team made it to Florida safe & sound. We were all tired…but excited for our journey. DIF team ended the 1st day with pool, pizza, & games. We had a devotional and discussed our objective and organization for our Gift a Garden mini workshop😘.
GOD didn’t promise us that storms wouldn’t come. (Even Jesus’ disciples, with the Lord present, went through a terrible storm.) But HE did promise his believers this…that He’d be right there with us through all of them…helping us to get to a place of peace and restoration. So we’re praising God that: no one was hurt or killed; it’s not beyond repair; and after it’s all said & done…this old tree that should’ve been down decades ago will be gone, and providing the “Garden of Grace” with even more sunlight☀️.

🌱What you plant…you harvest. Let that sink in. (For when you study the principles of nature and not just the products thereby, you become wiser.)
“The bee is more honored than other animals, not because she labors, but because she labors for others.” –St. John Chrysostom
FUN HONEY FACTS: Besides having amazing healing properties and being a natural preservative, HONEY DOESN’T SPOIL! Archaeologists have discovered pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs, which were still edible despite being thousands of years old. Honey’s eternal shelf life is due to its low moisture content and acidic pH, both of which create an inhospitable environment for bacteria and other microorganisms.
The 🐝’s work is not in vain!
Make us worthy, Lord, to serve those throughout the world who live and die in poverty or hunger. Give them, through our hands, this day their daily bread; and by our understanding love, give peace and joy. Amen. ~ Mother Teresa of Calcutta
