Cognitive distortions are thoughts our minds create to convince us of somethings that is not true. Cognitive distortions are irrational thoughts that based on our perception and beliefs. We also call them automatic thoughts, they pop up in our minds like a notification. What cognitive distortions do recognize in your own thinking ?
