West Chicago District 33 Birth to Three Program

Looks like fun for the whole family!

Join us for this special family program to help enjoy the last of summer! Pitch a giant tent, hear spooky stories, sing songs and make s'mores around our (fake) campfire on the library lawn. In case of inclement weather, this event will be held inside. For families. No registration required, just drop on in!

Don't forget, Saturday August 10th is our End of Summer Picnic! There will be hot dogs (and veggie dogs), a visit from Bluey (12-1 pm) and a performance from Katie Kostner! The end of the day tomorrow is your last chance to sign up for a FREE hot dog, beverage, and snacks at this event. The only way to register is in-person at a library service desk, so drop on by to get your ticket today, and we'll see you on the library lawn next Saturday!

This little one is working hard to build a tower. He is working on his fine motor skills, his problem solving and persistence. Mom is right there to celebrate offering him encouragement and celebration. His practice and mom's efforts are all helping prepare him for school one day. Nice work!

This mom is helping grow her daughter's curiosity. They are hunting for white beans and feeling all sorts of new textures. She is also giving her daughter experiences with different textures which is so important for her development.

More painting fun! This mom is helping her children grow their fine motor skills and their creativity. Looks like fun!

This little guy is working on following directions in play. Mom is laying a strong foundation for future school success!

Summer time bubble fun!

This little one is still working on how to hold the paintbrush which is awesome! The older child has developed a mature grasp on her paintbrush. Providing kids with materials and encouragement for wherever they are is so important! Good job Mom!
