Camp Kipanga

We built our own volcanoes out of LEGOs and then erupted them! So cool!

Final walk around the lake and some fun with the ice cream truck today!

The weather may have been rainy outside, but it’s always sunny at Camp Kipanga!

Some of our Lego cars and how far they went! Jake, Bryce and Joseph’s cars went the farthest, but we had so much fun building them and racing them on a Lego race track!

Today we built Legos and programmed them, then built Lego cars and raced them! Next we did some backyard PE, fencing and swim! What a day!

So much Lego this week!! We just love Legos! Also, yoga, theater and swim!! And a few pics from Friday too!

We have been LOVING Backyard PE this week with some really fun games! We also still had Mad Science, creative writing, fencing and swim! Such a busy week!

Wednesday was full of activity!!

Taking on Tuesday like bosses!

Started week 5 with a bang! Backyard PE, Mad Science, creative writing/drawing, theater and swim! Phew!

Friday fun day at camp with a visit from the video game trailer! And we still managed our regular activities too! Have a great weekend everyone!

A very busy Thursday! Working hard learning fencing moves and having a few bouts, worked on our stop motion videos, did an egg drop, swam and had family night! Thanks to all who attended!

Today was Wednesday-tastic! We did some Lego robotics, stop motion, building structures with sticks and marshmallows, fencing, nature walks and we always end with swim! Today, everyone wanted their pic taken while jumping in the pool!!

So much STEAM today! Lego robotics and stop motion. Also did some theater games and a walk around the lake. And always SWIM!

Finished up the week breaking some boards in martial arts!! Also, art, STEM, swim and so much more.

Rounding out our week with art, STEM, sand play, soccer, martial arts and swim!

There’s still a heatwave out there, but you wouldn’t know it by these pics! We float between outside and inside, still having a blast at camp!

We don’t mind getting sweaty and dirty at camp because we always end the day with a cool swim! But we also beat the heat with art, STEM and tons of games!

Mondays are so busy! Here is a snippet, but not everything! Played some volleyball, started a new STEM program, did some D&D, some martial arts and swim!

Finished up this week with a visit from the SWAT team! Super cool demo and we got touch lots of stuff and climb in the truck! Also played some basketball, did some martial arts, made beautiful art, swam and played lots of games! Have a great weekend everyone!

Today’s weather was perfect for volleyball, a nature scavenger hunt, digging in the sand and martial arts! We also played a lot of chess (we have some very talented players!) and do some more amazing art! Not pictured is Dungeons & Dragons, theater improv and our teens started selling the goods they’ve been baking on campus. And we always end the day in the pool!

Today was a great (and sweaty) day filled with volleyball, art, martial arts, swim, games and hanging out with friends.

Tackling Tuesday with some art, making our own games, playing lots of games, checking out nature, crushing it at martial arts, and always SWIM!
