Almost one year out of AVEDA and 8 months already behind the chair, Lex has joined the Rouge Crew!
After graduating Lex has continued to fall more and more in love with the industry!! She LOVES a challenge that pushes her outside of her box, and she loves anything hair. Cut, color, extensions! She has a technical eye and a love for great relationship in her chair.
