I LOVE THIS!! ❤️

This is exactly why I love practicing the Accelerated Release Technique, Sound Healing Reiki and Energy Healing! Our experiences and subconscious mind store things in a way that isn't always in our best interest, thus creating subconscious limiting beliefs, storing emotions and holding on to energies that get stuck in our bodies which can lead to attracting the opposite of what we want to attract into our lives.

For years, I struggled with always putting everyone's needs ahead of my own, always considering how my decisions would affect everyone else without considering how it would necessarily impact me. I always believed I was being selfish, when it is actually an important form of self-care. Accelerated Release Technique (ART) has helped me realize my own personal power, be able to recognize my strengths and step forward on a path I WANT to travel, rather than sticking to the actions I felt others expected of me.
