Soursop is a tropical fruit with a creamy and sweet taste and a hint of tang. Some describe it as a delicious blend of pineapple, banana and papaya.
It’s high in fibre which can help promote regularity, plus its low on the glycemic index.
You can enjoy its flesh as is when it’s ripe, or add it to smoothies, oatmeal or chia seed pudding if you want to be creative!
