At a closing for my seller. Sellers presigned. Sellers attorney is from the City and sent all the paperwork remotely. Buyer and buyers attorney are in a room signing. I go to every closing. Some feel it's not the best use of their time but I have helped save my clients (buyer and seller) $$ and added frustration by being here when the unexpected comes up last minute. So here I sit in the lobby on my computer. :)
