How much longer will we experience this housing price boom? Seven different models predict 2022. Interestingly enough, only the Mortgage Bankers Association predicts a small decrease in price growth. Per the article, "The Mortgage Bankers Association is forecasting that the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate will hit 4% by the end of 2022.
