GT Environmental Education provides presentations and tours on behalf of the SouthEastern OH Joint Solid Waste Management District on environmental topics.
GT Environmental Education works with solid waste districts, school districts, and other public agencies to provide presentations to classrooms and organizations on environmental topics including recycling and composting. Today, I presented a class on composting to Middle School students at Marietta...it was a good day...I usually do this presentation with my pre-schoolers, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades...this was the second time I’ve had 7th grade teachers ask for it...of course they enjoyed the worms too!!! And I must say the girls handled them better than some of the boys!!
Hello! Just an update...I am now doing virtual classroom meetings either by ZOOM or GOOGLE MEET. If any of my previous teachers would like to set something up, please let me know!! I will be happy to find a date on my calendar!! Not the way I want to teach BUT...I still want the info out there!! Thanks so much!!
