Islands life is pretty darn sweet right now: Darby Farm (Alburgh) just delivered us another load of organic strawberries and the talented (Grand Isle) baked these fresh biscuits for y’all — a perfect pairing with organic heavy cream, organic ice cream, and/or whipped cream (we have dairy-free oat whipping cream, too)!

This Canada Goose decoy never stood a chance against our farm equipment.

Hey guys! Guess what? Harmonica (Mandolin's daughter), got to taste the great outdoors today! We're excited because it's almost time to release the rest of the beasts for the pasture season.

Make sure to keep an eye out for some epic cow jumping and bucking action! We're going to be live on Instagram when they first enter the field, and don't worry if you miss it because we'll share the video later. Our target day is May 15th, but hopefully, we can make it happen even sooner!

Dragonfruit and Hope went on an adventure today! I guess they are a bit too impatient to get outside and we don’t blame them!! Soon! But for now, I guess keep being unruly heifers 🙄 😆

We have about 100 acres for our girls to rotate on. That means a ton of fencing! (Luckily our crew is awesome and busted their butts this past week!). The milkers get a new spot after every milking and the heifers get a new spot each day!

It was a blast! Lots of delicious food and wonderful people!

Steven and Nate are doing some spring cleaning themselves! Taking old tractors/equipment to auction/scrap so we can invest in some better equipment! 🚜 💵
