We are looking for a dental practice treatment coordinator to oversee scheduling/financial aspects of dental care. We are a general practice office, offering Invisalign, implants, Cerec crowns and comprehensive treatment plans. We are looking for a candidate looking for his/her long term home (our staff only leaves when they move, or in this case, retire).

You will:
Present treatment plans to patients and coordinate financial agreements
Assist with obtaining patient insurance information and verify insurance benefits
Administrative duties (printing reports, answering the phone, etc)
Communicate with patients; email/texting/phone
Apply insurance and patient payments
Assist with outstanding claims
Ideal Candidate:
Confident, authentic, fun, trust-worthy, willing to learning new tasks, reliable, able to multitask
Experience with Dentrix
At least two years of dental experience (preferably with treatment presentations)

SEASONS GREETING! As you know, the end of the year is quickly upon us.
