We, as a society, are generally trying to eat better. Or at least what we are told is better...
There are always new diets, new plans, new ingredients that make foods "healthy" and it is a bonus if they are convenient.
Over the years many ingredients have been touted as the new, best "healthy" choice. And over the years it has been proven that many of these choices have not been for the best.

While Erythritol is marketed as a naturally occurring sugar substitute the National Health Institutes say:
Erythritol is a common artificial sweetener. Low amounts occur naturally in fruits and vegetables. It is also made inside our cells as part of normal metabolism. There was an ad on Facebook this morning , regarding a “supplement” claiming to be the first one for people with autoimmune issues.

Back in 1952 Dr.Royal Lee gave us the 'PMG".
PMG stands for protomorphogen.

"Protomorphogens are nucleic acids that regulate growth specific to each tissue in the body, which are released into the cell cytoplasm by the cell nucleus. Describing the theory of the “autoimmune reaction” (a concept medicine is still trying to understand to this day), Dr. Lee explains that when a tissue or organ becomes fatigued and sick, it begins to produce an abnormally high amount of its own protomorphogen. ☀️With spring moving into summer, we are all eager to spend time outdoors. During this time it is easy to forget that, even though the weather is cooler there is still a chance for us (and those we care for) to easily get a sunburn.

There is a simple way to help prevent sunburns, that also helps us avoid the toxins of sunscreens.

Calcium: Utilizing the right kind of calcium is beneficial in many aspects but also important when going out in the sun. Sun exposure helps our bodies create vitamin D, which is great… the in the right amounts. Creating too much vitamin D can cause out bodies to use up our calcium stores and without calcium in our tissues we experience many discomforts. One of which is sunburn.
