The Town Of Westport Indiana is looking for brochures, fliers, business cards or local advertisement materials to place in our Welcome bags. We give these to new residents that move into town. Last year we passed out over 60 bags! Thanks

WESTPORT TOWN COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that the Westport Town Council (“Council”) will hold a public hearing on December 11th, 2023 at 6:30p.m. (local time) in the Westport Community Building, 205 W. Main St. Westport, IN 47283, for the purpose of appointing two additional council members to start their term January 1, 2024. Attention Westport Residents! Dumpster Days start Thursday, October 5th

Westport Fall Clean-up Days (Thursday, October 05th at 6:00am) The Westport Community takes the opportunity to do some clean-up with dumpsters available on Thursday, and Recycling available on Saturday at the Westport Town Hall.

The Westport Street Department is now taking sealed bids on the purchase of a 2005 Exmark 52" Mower. Sealed Bids will need to be turned into the Westport Street Department or Westport Town Hall by October 20th by 5 PM. Further questions regarding the mower can be directed to Street Superintendent Land or the Westport Street Department.

The Westport Police Department is now taking sealed bids on the purchase of a 2014 Ford Explorer. Sealed Bids will need to be turned into the Westport Police Department or Westport Town Hall by October 20th by 5 PM. Further questions regarding the vehicle can be directed to Deputy Marshal Lozier or the Westport Police Department.
