Goooood morning my Semperfit tribe!
I know it has been one hell of a year and I don't blame you If you're contemplating to take this last week of 2021 easy or starting your resolution next week.
But the truth is, we only have today or we should think that way. If we wait till we are ready, I promise that day won't come soon enough.

This chest opener will help change our daily habit of being hunched forward on our phones, computers or driving all day. Give those chest muscles some loving!❤
Throughout the video , I have set up cues to help optimize your movement throughout the exercise 🔄
▶️ Be sure to take your time and explore your range of motion,  find the areas you feel most restriction and work on it.

| Mobility Monday⚙
Let's get these wrists unlocked! 🔓 Stretching in this manner also helps the bicep feel "not so tight" , this drill will benefit my people who hang out infront of computer or have a active lifestyle/job.
Throughout the video , I have set up cues to help optimize your movement throughout the exercise. 🔄
▶️ Hold each position for 10 seconds
▶️Apply pressure as needed with your bodyweight

| Mobility Monday⚙
This Mobility Monday is dedicated to our lovely shoulder joints. Due to our current sedentary lifestyle sitting in front of our computers and watching TV all day we seldom use our full ROM in our shoulders. Our shoulders are always hunched forward in one
position. Time to unlock your shoulders full potential! 🔓
Improved shoulder mobility = more effective and efficient movement patterns = better performance output. Improved shoulder mobility will support your overall joints and muscle health. This will allow your body to move and function as it should, with reduced risk of injury and pain
Solution? Work on your shoulders ROM(Range of motion )✅
Execute 10-20 reps on each motion and repeat on opposite side daily💢
Tag your friends that are desk workers or tend to be on there phone a whole bunch or my gamers!👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

| Mobility Monday⚙
This Mobility Monday is dedicated to my desk workers,  Gamers and those who spend a bunch a time hunched forward. Its time you start turning those gears and unlocking your potential to better movement🔓
The thoracic spine is an area that is supposed to be very
mobile. It can flex, extend, laterally flex and rotate. But usually it moves in combination. If the thoracic spine lacks movement the low back or the neck will have to
take up the slack which can potentially cause neck or low back pain. You can potentially tweak your neck and low back one day as well because of this outcome.
Solution? Work on T-Spine mobility✅
Execute 10-20 reps on each motion and repeat on opposite side daily💢
Tag your friends that is a desk worker or tend to be on there phone a whole bunch👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

| MINDSET MONDAY💭
The reason why I emphasize this topic is because our mind is such a powerful tool and it dictates most of our actions!
I personally believe you need to work towards a more disciplined mindset in order to achieve the results you want so damn badly.
Our mindset is what will drive us through those hard days when you do not want to workout, on those days when you don't want to cook for the next day or week to make sure you stay on track or even when you don't see the results you want. Our mindset will dictate whether to keep charging forward or to quite right then and there.
