I’m going to admit, I don’t like water. Sorry, just being honest.

is the best thing that has ever happened to me from a hydration standpoint. I’m not getting paid to post but want to share a really good product with my followers.

The taste is amazing and I probably drink 2-3 times more water than I ever have before. I love the grape but, buy a sampler pack before you invest.

“The program we use for ACL injury prevention is actually the same program we use with everyone! The truth is ACL injury prevention programs often consist more of packaging than new concepts. Calling a program an ACL prevention program may be nothing more than a way into the head of the athletic trainer, physical therapist or coach. But, if that’s what it takes, I’m all for it. However, as coaches we have to realize that we should be practicing great injury prevention concepts with all our athletes and our weekend warriors.”

“One of my own personal development “hacks” is to prioritize learning from people who also prioritize learning. I call it “exponential education” – it’s like “double dipping”.

That’s why I’m always excited to get new material from Michael Boyle because I know he’s continuously studying and improving. So I study what he’s doing, and get the benefit of everything he’s studied!

This is especially effective when it’s a new edition of previous work. I get to see first-hand what has been tweaked and updated in the MBSC system and the rationale behind the changes.

As someone who has probably read everything Michael has ever written, I was excited to get into the new edition of what I think is one of his best pieces ever – Designing Strength Training Programs and Facilities Second edition. It’s been nineteen years since the first edition was published so you’re getting the “cliff’s notes” of close to two decades of development and education. It’s like an educational cheat code!”

I’ve never owned a facility, but I use the practical training info in the book daily and it’s made me a better trainer in every way.”
