Per ordinance, if you are caught in a motorized ATV, (dirt bike, four wheeler, SxS, Motor vehicle or anything as defined by Motorized) you will be in violation of our city ordinance, which does carry a fine of $500.00 and places your motorized equipment in jeopardy of being seized by the City of Whitesburg.
