Both are great nutritious options!
Fresh Fruit – Are often picked before they are fully ripped to be transported to the grocery stores. When in season, they’ll be flavorful, abundant, and less expensive.
Frozen Fruit – Are often picked at peak ripeness when they are most nutritious. Freezing helps retain the nutrient content. It can impact texture when thawed. However, retains natural texture better.

Unlock your full potential at work by embracing ! Design a workspace that support your body and mind for success. 💼💡
Office ergonomics refers to the design and arrangement of furniture, equipment, and tasks in a way that optimizes comfort, efficiency, and safety for people in a work environment. It involves considering factors such as proper chair height, desk layout, computer monitor positioning, keyboard and mouse placement, lighting, and overall workspace organization to minimize the risk of discomfort, strain, or injury.
The goal of office ergonomics is to create a workspace that promotes good posture, reduces repetitive strain injuries (RSIs), and enhances productivity by ensuring that the physical environment supports the natural movements and needs of workers. This may involve adjustments to individual workstations as well as broader organizational policies and practices related to work design and employee well-being.
