Here are some quick tips for supporting the folks you know who are q***r! 📙
1. Respect that some folks aren't out 🧡
Don't out those you know are q***r, especially in public. Allow them to take control of representing or speaking on their identity.
2. Do your own research. 📙
Confront any biases you might have and be willing to get uncomfortable. Learning requires we be open-minded to what we might not know!
3. Listen! 👂🏽
Listen to your q***r friends and colleagues! Ask how you can support them. Just bc someone is q***r doesn't mean they will have the same needs or wants as another q***r person. Q***r people are just people.

A small part of Talia
Talia Nichole Grant (also known as Madrid), was a bright and lively young lady who died, February 18, 2018, in Kent, Washington. She was 30.
She was born in the summer of 1987 in Wichita, Kansas, where she spent most of her life. She was the youngest of three girls. Talia graduated from Wichita South High School in 2005, where she was an active participant in South High's cheer, dance, music program, and volleyball.
She later gave birth to her precious, pride and joy, daughter, Veronica in the summer of 2009. Shortly after introducing her daughter to the world, Talia relocated to Kent, Washington, and graduated college from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
Talia enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and was a full believer in living life to the greatest extent.
