Sunset Creek is our family homestead. We lived in big cities (San Diego, Cleveland etc.) & decided to try country life. We LOVE our little hobby farm!!
Our beloved Pyrenees are a big part of that- We love these gentle giants. They are awesome guardians!

Mom didn’t like waiting outside while we cleaned the whelping area, but she was patient! And puppies definitely won’t fit much longer in the box we’ve been using for them when we clean the whelping area. They fill the whole thing now. They are SO BIG!
Puppies are doing well learning to use the paper area or MISTY METHOD of pre potty training. This little guy has it down.
Puppies are almost 4 weeks old now. They are really getting around! And almost escaping the whelping box. They get to explore the barn and meet the chickens this weekend! They are starting to play a lot with each other too!
Puppies were 3 weeks old when I took these and almost too big for the cardboard box they nap in while I clean out the whelping box. We’ve expanded the whelping box and when this cold snap ends we’ll get their outdoor barn and adventure area ready. We introduced a few toys and had fun seeing the reaction.

Puppies are about 2 weeks old! Their eyes are open and they’ve started crawling around. They still sleep most of the day. Looks like nap time to me!

Puppies are growing so fast! They have collars now too, and they've started their daily E.N.S. (Early Neurological Stimulation). Excited for those puppies that already have their forever homes. Lucky pups... and lucky people! :) Pyrenees are the best!

Puppies are HERE! Everything went smoothly and first time mom, Winter, is doing great! Puppies all healthy and happy. 🙂 Just giving them lots of privacy these first days.

This is Winter as a puppy! She was a white fluffy ball! And also her recently with Grace in the sunset here at Sunset Creek Farm. Grace is the best buddy and loves helping care for all the animals. We had to put her (Winter!) on a leash so she didn't run off into the woods and have her puppies where we couldn't find her. Pregnant mom's can do that!

Our Beautiful Winter had puppies! She is such a FANTASTIC mom- these puppies are the biggest pups we ever had and growing like crazy!
