Arms not long enough? Experiencing neck pain from tilting your head back to read? Or are you over the age of forty? It could be presbyopia. Don’t worry! Presbyopia is NOT an eye disease, but natural aging of the eye. It is the condition that leads to the inability to focus on close objects, which can further complicate other visual conditions, such as astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness. Multifocal glasses, multifocal contact lenses, and reading glasses recommended by your optometrist can help you maximize your near vision.
