Day 4 Post Op: The surgery pain is much better, but the swelling in my hand is increased which is causing the splint to dig into my hand making it very sore. PT on Wednesday, hopefully they will switch out this splint for a ROM elbow brace. Much more comfortable and can be removed to shower vs wrapping arm in plastic wrap (not so easy to do with one arm) Long slow recovery, wish we could FFWD 10 weeks (no splint/brace & right on time for the pool 🏊 to open!😃)

Well, the orthopedist says we need to re-attach the bicep tendon, so surgery is scheduled for this Thursday. I will be in the NEW office at 7200 W 13th St tomorrow and Wednesday for patient care. Then off the rest of this week and the following two weeks after surgery. Hoping to be back in the office on March 25th in a limited capacity doing activator an impulse tool adjusting along with therapy. Should be back to full adjusting activity by 8-10 weeks. I will keep all my patient's posted as the healing progresses. Thank you for your support and patience during the healing process, it is greatly appreciated.
