Partners of Wichita programs offer opportunities for congregations and individuals to join together to create new and effective ways of serving.

Partners for Wichita is a nonprofit working for the well-being of families and communities by building partnerships among individuals, organizations, businesses and congregations. We invite all to join in who like to meet and work with people from a variety of congregations, and make a difference in greater Wichita and surrounding area.

Attention Kansas families!

Time is running out to apply for Summer EBT! Less than two weeks to apply for $120 in grocery assistance through the Summer EBT program. This is available to all Kansas schoolchildren who are income-eligible to receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. Applications must be submitted by September 11 through the Department for Children and Families (DCF) website at www.dcfapp.kees.ks.gov.

While many families who qualify for Summer EBT may have already received their benefits, many more can only receive them if they fill out an application. Check your eligibility today!

The Sunflower and Wichita Journalism Collaborative will host a panel that will provide college students and first-time renters with the information they need to be informed.

The panel includes an attorney from Kansas Legal Services and a representative from Consumer Credit Counseling.
