Reminder: Silent Meditation Retreat this Saturday, March 18, 10AM to 2PM, at Pine Valley Christian Church. At noon we take a half hour 'tea break'--please bring food to share, we'll supply napkins, tea, hot water, sweetener, saucers, mugs, plates and silverware. Plan to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early--earlier if this is your first time. We have a refrigerator for perishable items. Get here early enough to put everything away as we will start the chant service at 10AM sharp.
