If you have called your pharmacy to request a refill and they have not heard back from our office, please call us! Our eprescribing software was updated last week, and we are not receiving all of the pharmacy requests. Thank you for your patience as our software provider works to fix this.

The office will be closed today due to inclement weather and poor road conditions. We plan to return to the office for normal hours on Friday (9am to 12pm).

All population categories and industries listed in Phase 2 are now able to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Phase 2 includes Residents Aged 65+, Health Care Associated Workers, K-12 School Personnel, Veterinarians, Public Safety Agencies, Licensed Childcare Workers, Aviation Manufacturing Plants, Meat Processing Plants, Public Transportation, USPS + Department of Motor, Vehicles, Higher Education, Clergy or Religious Officials, Private Packaging + Postal Delivery, Grocery Store + Food Services, Agriculture, High Contact Retail Sales, Warehouse and Sales Outlets.
