Related to my coursework, I have CATIA software, which is pretty expensive to buy and it’s only available in a few buildings in Wichita State University, but the library has that software.

The second thing which I mostly used is the digital content, available in the library’s website. They have a lot of journals and articles which helped me pass through my projects.”

The State Library is upgrading to a new system! 🌟 From August 19th through Sunday, August 25th:

🔒 eCard admin access will be unavailable
🚫 No new eCards will be issued
🔄 No eCard renewals or modifications
🔍 Circulation staff can search for existing eCards
🌐 All statewide resources will remain accessible

If you need a new eCard, please be aware that you’ll need to wait until next week to request it. The new system will be up and running on Monday, August 26.

🎉 Guess what? Our amazing Fine Arts Librarian, Rachel Crane, is not just a master of books, but also a master of stitches! 🧵✨ Rachel's stunning quilt just won Best Hand Quilting at the 2024 Common Threads Quilt Show! 🎨🏆

Rachel began this quilt journey back in the 1990s with an applique class she took with her mom, and as she humorously put it, "it took next to forever." But wow, was it worth it! 😍 All those tiny stitches were done by hand, and the result is nothing short of breathtaking.

Join us in congratulating Rachel on this incredible achievement! 🎉👏
