The Gathering Place

Why The Gathering Place? Well, when I looked up the word “to gather” or “gathering”, I got a definition of “the conscious bringing together of people for a reason or purpose, shaping the way we feel, the way we think, and the way we make sense of the world around us…” and I knew that was it for me…. So The Gathering Place it is. Not sure how this is going to look moving forward but watch out for updates soon…. Maybe an online platform to share and educate on essential oils, guided meditation, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, somatic movement, polyvagel exercises, etc. I am mapping out some ideas…. Upward and onward!!

According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, besides food, water, and safety, love and belonging are the most important needs we must fulfill.
