I just took a yoga class at the beach. I was quickly reminded that my body doesn't move certain ways! After illness, injury, and gaining weight, it just is not as easy anymore.
Our instructors get that. They want to see you improve over time, it's not about losing weight. It's about simply feeling good on and off your mat.
