The Emperor is back to work this morning! It’s feral cat day and he’s helping the kitties feel a little less stressed. Thanks to everyone who helped us pay his vet bill last month!

Can you help us complete this fundraiser? We just need $100 to reach our $150 goal! Tucker's family had to spend money to have his eye removed when he was much younger. Both boys have been neutered but we would love to get their bill paid so we can help more pets in need.

Can you help us raise the funds to get these 5 pets fixed? Big Man, Milo and Pretty have already been snipped even though we didn't raise enough to cover their surgeries. Butters & Sirius have appts next week. Still need $250 to reach our $350 goal. Even $5 will help!

Mark your calendar for this vaccine clinic!

We are hosting a low-cost pet vaccine clinic on Sunday, November 10 from 2-4 PM at Barrow County Animal Control in Winder. We will also offer microchipping for dogs and cats. All dogs and cats at least six weeks of age are welcome; Barrow county residency is not required. Payment must be made in cash. PLEASE NOTE — if your pet cannot maintain decorum in line around other people and pets and be easily handled by our veterinary staff, we will unfortunately be unable to serve you.

This is an indoor event so don’t let the threat of rain prevent you from coming.

Most of our followers know that we have 2 kitties that help us at our clinic. A few months ago Floof the Emperor (white kitty) began losing weight. We determined that he had hyperthyroidism. Thanks to Community Cat Clinic he received treatment on Monday. They took great care of him! While we were able to set up a payment plan for his bill, we would be grateful for donations to help us cover the cost for the next 12 months. We need $200 to cover the bill for this month. All donations are tax deductible.

After hurricanes Helene and Milton, the Atlanta area is hosting thousands of families and their pets from neighboring states. At Planned PEThood of GA, we want to help.

For the next few weeks, we are offering residents of TN, NC, and FL core vaccines, exams, and microchips for just a $15 co-pay. These vaccines might be critical for boarding options, and microchips can provide peace of mind while in a new city. Our team can even help recommend boarding options for you and guide you where to go for additional assistance.

We have already heard of pets getting lost in our area while away from home. We want to make sure every pet with a family can stay with their family. Microchips are 100% free to residents from FL, NC, and TN right now.

Tucker is a professional 4 month old kitten who's already tuckered out from life, and Duke is his new bright-eyed puppy friend! Their new family knows how important it is to get them neutered ASAP, which we love. ❤️ Tucker is already trying to escape out the front door and that urge is gonna get even stronger once his hormones kick into full gear! (AFAIK Duke is being good for now. 👍)

Lovey was abandoned outside someone's home. 🥺 They took her in and started caring for her, then realized that she was pregnant. Doh! 🤦‍♀️

Fast forward and Lovey had two healthy kittens now named Chubby and Milkshake! This little family has a forever home with their finder, but she needs some help getting them fixed. Kittens can get pregnant at 4 months old and our calendar fills up fast, so we LOVE that she contacted us while the kittens are still young!

These little fluffballs are Snow and Sassy! 😍 They're 6 months old and it's time to get fixed! Snow hasn't had her first heat yet, which means fixing her now will drop her lifetime risk of mammary cancer from 26% to 0.5%!! 🤯 Woohooo!!

Today we have a little void named Raven(f), and a wee ginger named Sage(m)!

Their human is having an awful time right now. 😢 She's dealing with cancer and has been unable to work. Plus, she inherited Raven after a close family member passed. 💔 She absolutely DOES NOT need an accidental litter thrown into the mix!

Today we have Stash and Ace; two brothers from very different mothers! Stash was, um, found inside a vent. 😅 (Cat distribution system hard at work again!) His human parents also recently rescued Ace (not from a vent) and welcomed him into their family! Ace is the first dog they've had since their 13 yr old senior furbaby passed. 😢❤️‍🩹

They say that grief is love with no place to go, and I think that's why it gets a little easier when you welcome a new pet into the family. Ace and Stash are working together to fix some broken hearts, and now we need to fix them!

*Takes a deep breath* This is one of those cases that make you just go 🤬 at the human race.

Three sweet beagle puppies were abandoned at a LANDFILL. Someone threw them away like trash.🤬🤬🤬

The puppies were extremely skittish, and the kind folks working at the landfill rebuilt their trust in people with food.

Shhh!! *Whispering* Don't wake the baby! 🤫

Midnight is about 5 weeks old, and she was found in a wheel well! 😱 She's safe now, and her rescuer wants to make sure she's fixed before going to a new home. Always a smart idea!

We need just $35 to cover her spay and ensure a healthier life for this little girl.
